Hallmark’s Business Support team is of great value; they ensure colleagues, customers, and partners are always looked after. The team may not have daily contact with Hallmark customers, but they indirectly support the work of other departments, making everything work smoothly.


The Finance team are driven Business and Financial Controllers, responsible for orderly reports, well-carried and comprehensible analyses and the development of attractive business cases.

Continuously working on improving our financial processes and maintaining a constant open dialogue and exchange of ideas with the business. In addition, they  work closely with our colleagues at the Shared Service Centre in the UK who manage our accounting.

Human Resources

At Hallmark, our people take centre stage. After all, our Hallmarkers are our most important asset and make the biggest difference.

Together with our international Shared Service Centre, our IT department ensures that our Hallmarkers can effectively work digitally and that our customers can effortlessly place their purchases online at any given time.

The IT team is responsible for ensuring that everyone within the company has access to proper hardware & software, the entire infrastructure of Hallmark Cards Continental Europe works soundly and our website runs smoothly. In addition, the team is in constant dialogue with the business, looking for continuous improvement.

Senior Management Team

The Senior Management Team manages the organisation (SMT), led by the Managing Director (also referred to as CEO). The SMT consists of the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

Management Assistant and Internal Communication

The Management Assistant and Internal Communications department supports the Managing Director and is the driving force within Hallmark. We inform all Hallmarkers about business-related issues, coordinate and organise various internal events. In short, with our excellent organisational and communication skills, we are at the very heart of events and ensure on a daily basis that things run smoothly.


At the Facilities department, we are responsible for maintaining our buildings in Capelle aan den Ijssel and Krimpen aan den Ijssel. We mainly perform these tasks independently and manage suppliers who assist us in maintenance. With our experience, craftsmanship and service-focused approach, we make sure our colleagues are happy, proud of and satisfied with their workplace.
