Together with the various ‘squads’, the Sales department is responsible for Hallmark’s sales results. The sales colleagues are the ears and eyes of the company. They inform and support the customers regarding our upcoming collections and pass on market demand insights for certain products to the organisation.

The department’s main tasks are customer acquisition, maintenance of existing customer relationships, and the collection sales.

With our team of Service Merchandisers, we guarantee 100% correct management of the store presentations for our customer network with whom we agree on a service level.

The aim is to achieve commercial growth in a win-win situation in collaboration with our customers and partners.
